Our Solution
Our key components to a premier retirement services experience
Compliance Risk Management
A Prudent Fiduciary often begins by identifying the intrinsic risks associated with being a plan sponsor. Wealth Bridge has the capacity to assume the fiduciary liability associated with meeting the compliance requirements of operating your retirement plan.
Innovative Plan Design
A thorough review of the existing plan often highlights areas of opportunity for our clients, employees, and executives. Ensuring a plan is properly designed drives increased employee participation and satisfaction, while creating a more efficient administrative process
Investment Expertise
Wealth Bridge will always assume the role of an investment fiduciary on behalf of our clients. We will be identified in your plan document as either a 3(21) or 3(38) Investment Manager. Our team monitors and manages the investment platform using analysis based on the principals of modern portfolio theory. Reports and recommendations are provided to the plan sponsor(s) on a quarterly basis.
Financial Wellness
Countless studies have concluded that employees who are financially unhealthy, or feel unprepared for retirement, negatively impact profitability. This is often in the form of low productivity, lost time due to stress related illness, inflated wages, and benefits cost. The recordkeeping interface is limited in its ability to positively impact an employees’ financial health. The most successful and effective plans are plans that have employees who are regularly engaged by a financial professional. The Wealth Bridge Corporate Team utilizes CFP® professionals to bring customized on-site and virtual employee engagement to our clients and their employees. We have documented success stories that illustrate how this level of engagement drives plan participation, retirement readiness and drives profitability.
